Ib cool is the best financial app in the laos i have ever seen. 360 view the most top thing which no bank provided in laos. Merchant ,QR scan and pay, wallet, cash by code features all together in one place which makes the app very special . Good to have this fin-tech app which allows to pay huge merchants at any place in laos.
