After making an appointment, the organizing, mailing, printing and reading of the required documents often take longer than the actual meeting itself. iBabs makes everything more efficient. With years of experience in the administrative decision-making processes we know exactly what you need. The solution is a simple app which makes your meetings simpler, more substantive and more environmentally friendly. The only thing you need is a tablet or laptop and internet. 
 
Simple to plan 
iBabs provides users with a conveniently arranged, automated organizer which fits perfectly with the agenda of the user’s current mail system. Meetings taking place at the same venue and time, only need to be entered once; and the data can be reused again. Documents can be linked at any time to the required agenda and are automatically converted to PDF format. Subsequently, access to these documents can be restricted to authorized users only.

When a user open the iBabs app, he will immediately see the upcoming meetings’ agendas and any related documents. What's new:
Added support for Markdown-formatted report fields in the iOS app. Report content created and formatted in the web portal using Markdown is now displayed correctly in the app.
Improved handling of agendas without a confirmed start time that are created in the web portal with start and end times set to 00:00. These agendas are now displayed as all-day events in the iOS app, with placeholder times hidden from agenda and calendar views. 
Updated the label "Initialing" to "Approvals" for consistency with Portal terminology.

What’s new:
Confidential documents download restrictions: The iOS app now respects the portal setting Allow download of confidential documents. When this setting is disabled, confidential documents can no longer be downloaded - and all alternative download methods (email, copy, etc.) are also blocked. When the setting is enabled, confidential documents remain downloadable as usual.
The iOS app now displays the Secretary field on the agenda page, shown below the Chair, once it is configured in the portal.
Bug fixes:
We resolved an issue where, when viewing some page’s under the List items section, the titles of attached agendas were misaligned. This has now been corrected and agenda titles are properly aligned and displayed without overlapping.
Fixed an issue in the iOS app where changing the Status filter in Action items did not correctly update the results.

Bug fixes:
We have resolved an issue where users could unintentionally navigate away from a document while annotating. Previously, performing a left‑to‑right swipe during annotation would trigger a navigation gesture and exit the document. With this fix, the swipe‑back gesture is now disabled while annotating, ensuring users remain in the document until they intentionally close annotation mode.
