It can really drive me crazy with it loosing the signal or freezing when I try to move the camera from my phone. More recently, I have updated my phone to iOS 11 and the ibaby app is not compatible. I will be buying a different baby monitor if this issue is not address within a week. I have no concern with the current functionality of the app or product, but if it's not updated to 64 bit and loses support, that will be very frustrating having spent a bit of money on multiple cameras. The developer wrote back to me stating they are working on it. After emailing support and was promised a free upgrade camera because THEY had made my perfectly working unit unusable, all contact stopped coming from ibaby. Initial installation was straightforward and well described in the manual. Everything worked fine. I recently had a problem however, I upgraded my modem and could not reconnect, even after going through the set-up from scratch. I did the last thing you ever want to do: call Support. Ugh. The phone rang 3 times and a human answered. A nice human who was knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. The gentlemen walked me through a hard reset and re-install/setup and I was up and running again in less than 10 minutes!!! AWESOME!!! ### 5/5 — Best baby purchase *2015-02-19* Have used this camera and app for a year and a half now and we couldn't be happier. There were some initial connection kinks but once we worked those out we haven't had any issues. We use it at home, when we are out, and even used it when we were in Mexico and baby was at home! We always update phone software, etc, so we never have any issues. The setup was so easy even a baby could do it :-) I can access it from anywhere and overall it works like a charm. Yes, the alerts are a bit bothersome but that's a question of changing the settings. It is great to be able to access the baby monitor when I am at work. I work 60+ hours a week and our baby is normally asleep when I get home but I can always see her when I'm at work. Some people say it is hard to set up through your router but I had not problems just look on you tube and there should be something helpful there to Guide you.
