More hassle than it’s worth. ### 1/5 — Never functions correctly *2025-07-24* This application never works and the sign is always wiped out. There has been multiple times that this system kicks me out. I have missed payroll because of this. I will be closing my accounts. Customer serious only available until 6pm!! It’s such a joke ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2025-07-03* This app is terrible. Very inconvenient. It seldomly opens. I have to use the website mostly. The company ID sign in option is inconvenient. There should be a normal usage of an email and password. For as little as the app offers for free it should at least open when you tap it. Every thing must be added for an additional price which just seems money hungry. I opened my account with Wintrust because they have community banks in my community and allege to support the community, but I can’t support at the expense of my operations. I uninstalled and tried again several months later and it now it won’t accept my phone number for authentication. If there is a special format required, the developers should consider adding instructions. This app is useless.
