### 5/5 — Amazing

*2025-06-01, version 1.1.14*

I have 2 kids with special needs and they are kids different from others I choose take this certification for show at the park and they give us express for free we never pay anything for go in express line , the kids has better experience in the park every time I use the certificate from IBCCES , thank you so much for the kids has better accommodations

### 5/5 — Ignore the Karen’s

*2024-07-31, version 1.1.8*

This only has bad reviews because people making up medical conditions and being denied or people thinking a ADA compliant park should give them free stuff. Just entitlement. I have real medical conditions and I never said my medical conditions to be approved m. My doctor wrote a note stating I needed accommodating. There areNO HIPPA violations happening here … use Google and you’d figure that out. This app is great and I appreciate it exists so less people can fake medical conditions.

### 5/5 — Efficient approval

*2024-01-12, version 1.1.5*

I’m not sure why people are saying this breaks hippa laws. All I had to do was get a letter from my dr, which I use anyways for travel and events, and upload that. I didn’t have to provide any medical files, nor would I want to. If you have a disability, your doctor will write a letter for you that outlines your needs. You just have to ask and discuss with them what you need. The approval process with the company went smoothly. I haven’t gone to the parks yet since getting this card, so that will be a different, separate story.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2023-11-27, version 1.1.5*

App is useless. I downloaded to be able to quickly access my digital card but every time I click on anything within the app it goes back to the login screen. It’s an endless cycle so don’t waste your time.

### 1/5 — Sketchy company for Universal to use

*2023-10-29, version 1.1.5*

I am a huge Halloween Horror Nights fan and try to attend every year at Universal Orlando. This year the park rolled out mandating using this app for accessibility accommodations for visitors. The personal information I had to disclose to the company to ask for accommodations was very invasive and felt very sketchy. Some random employee of this company gets to decide if I eligible to get an accessibility accommodation prior to my visit. This company does not even mainly deal with these kinds of things but rather autism credentials. The whole process feels ridiculous and puts more barriers in place for disabled people to enjoy the parks.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work

*2023-10-03, version 1.1.5*

Universal is very rude and demanding about not accepting the printed out verification (even though this website says to print it out?) and want to force you to use this app when discussing accommodations, but this app doesn’t work at all. Can’t even scroll after opening it to do anything on it. If we’re going to be forced to use these systems, they should at least be functional.

### 1/5 — Glitchy. Can’t access my card

*2023-09-17, version 1.1.3*

I have updated to the most current version, have uninstalled and reinstalled, have refreshed - and the app CRASHES whenever I try to view my card.

Please advise!

### 1/5 — Problems with APP & policy

*2023-09-14, version 1.1.3*

Universal is risking huge lawsuits with this program. I am disabled as well as being a disability advocate and assisting others with programs like this. While I was approved I know many others with my exact same condition who were denied with zero reasoning. One was told that if she passes out due to heat and humidity (a symptom of our disease), to just get back in line afterward.
Absolutely disgusting use of power for disabled people to try to battle.

If that wasn’t bad enough, the app glitches and crashes every time I try to use it.
Horrific program, horrific employees making illegal and dangerous determinations and even worse tech backing it up. Universal will regret using this company.

### 1/5 — They sell your information to third parties

*2023-09-05, version 1.1.3*

In their privacy policy it says they can sell your information to unaffiliated 3rd party groups. That is so not okay. I almost filled this out until I saw that. Universal Studios is breaking the law by requiring this.

### 1/5 — Illegal

*2023-08-23, version 1.1.3*

I’m almost positive this violates MULTIPLE LAWS! Never mind ADA LAW, where you are not allowed to ask for a specific diagnoses, just what the accommodations are needed. Lawsuit waiting to happen on so many levels!
