But nothing substantial to help the university student with its course. Had promised that moodle would be accessible on there. ### 2/5 — OK *2018-08-11, version 8.3* OK, but not earth shattering. Limited views on a smartphone ### 2/5 — Mediocre 😒 *2018-06-05* The update has absolutely ruined the app😩 Before the update students were able to view the whole week/month of timetables much easier but now the timetable can only be viewed day by day which makes it difficult especially if you want to make plans and have to look through day by day. Apart from that moodle is connected with the app which is helpful during lessons ### 2/5 — Tried to fix something that wasn’t broken. *2018-04-26* This app was ok. Nothing groundbreaking, but useable. However a few months ago they decided to update it and it’s rendered it useless. Now I will admit they have made it easier to open up documents from Moodle in this new version compared to the previous one. However the main use for the app was to check your timetable on the go, but sadly the timetable has been rendered useless. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2015-09-27, version 4.4* I downloaded it & it crashed. Don't download if you are a current student, probably helpful for prospective students but it would be easier for you to look on the bcu website than an app. Try and make this useful for current students please, would be really helpful ### 2/5 — Pretty rubbish *2012-02-14, version 2.95* I don't see the use of it I downloaded it activated it had the option to look at the course I'm already enrolled on and now plan to delete it. For efficient use of this app it needs: - moodle access - MY TEE so you can see what works due in -My SRS Portal - timetables Basically just put everything on icity into this app then I would use it. Until then it's gone. ### 1/5 — Ubershiesse *2011-09-28* I can't give it zero rating so I'll be prosaic instead. I'm a current student at BCU and I downloaded the app expecting it to be a polished handy portal to the admittedly very very good icity website. Instead I have a very poor app which tells me completely useless information. It doesn't direct me to moodle or any of my mail, in fact it doesn't do anything practically helpful to a current student at BCU. Do yourselves a favour if you are a current student. Bookmark the icity website, get onto the relevant login screen for your faculty, and create a link on your iPhone home screen. You will get all the features you want, and it's adapted to iPhone as well. Either adapt or scrap this app, it's completely schiesse. ### 1/5 — No email or moodle.... A couple of days later it stopped working and I couldn’t access anything. Every-time I open the app, it’s a navy screen, I’ve tried deleting the app and re-downloading but it still doesn’t work. It works on my IPad but I need it on my phone so it’s accessible when travelling. It's just taking up phone space. However, it's not very useful for current students because there is no way of accessing Moodle through it! To make this App work, Moodle content needs to be available.
