To be sure have to check both, in browser and in App. Trying to contact CS via the app took me to out to WhatsApp where operator refused communicating in English and closed the conversation. Had to call instead... Then received and email educating me to be patient. In-app applications for missing points were rejected but then were reinstated and points credited -- again after phone calls. My cancelled flight got me rerouted to another airline, but Iberia never transferred my bag, then WIPED the tag from their own system so it comes back “invalid” when I try to trace it. No PIR, no report, no accountability. Every call gets bounced between airlines, staff hang up mid-call, no supervisors, nothing. Over a week with zero answers. This isn’t losing luggage, it’s erasing the evidence you ever had it. Disgraceful. It would always be my first option to manage all my bookings. Now it seems to be broken. I tried to change my flight and the app answered me in Portuguese 🤔. Options are limited compared to other airline apps. This was made worse by the incredibly poor customer service I received when I had to shift from the app to phone calls. It asks for payment even when your seat option is included but the payment fails as they don’t actually accept a payment as you have already paid. The login button is in the wrong place. The whole website is amateurish, I’ll thought out and obviously has not been properly tested. Really, it’s rubbish. The designer should book a flight on Ryanair or EasyJet then go to work and copy one of them. You can’t check in more than 24 hours before the flight, the boarding pass shows the city but not the airport or terminal. ### 1/5 — Seat assignment AA ticket *2026-07-25, version 15.19* Impossible as an AA Emerald get a seat prior to 24h check in ### 1/5 — Classic Iberia *2026-07-11, version 15.18.1* Constant delayed flights, worst business class in the industry, app always bugging, etc etc etc. They just take advantage of the fact that they have exclusivity in certain routes. Do not fly Iberia if you can avoid it. ### 1/5 — Lost Reservation and Terrible Customer Service *2026-07-05* I made reservations for a flight from Madrid to Barcelona. I had to change the dates on my flight, which I did a month ahead of time over the phone. I received an email confirmation and was charged $250 for the changes. When I tried checking in to my flight, it told me no reservation existed. I called and was told that there was no record of me changing my flight-I offered to forward my confirmation email and was told no. I had to ask them to listen to my recorded call to prove I wasn’t losing. Someone from the “team” was supposed to call me back, understanding how important it was to get on this flight. I have yet to get a call back and had to book another flight for my family of 5. Now I get to argue for a refund.
