This version only shows two out of the five Joia Paraiso restaurants, and loads those from the other restaurants in the complex instead. On other visits we found the app to be glitchy and unreliable, as it was not up to date. It’s okay for general information, especially if there’s a fee involved, but for specific purposes, not to be counted on. ### 2/5 — New update is not working *2026-07-06, version 8.0.0* The new app is not allowing me to login… I had to update, and now does not let me logging as a member. Ceiling in need of replastering AirCon constantly goes off & on, poor distribution of cold air. I have reported TV not working on 3 occasions still not fixed. Outdoor facilities are very good, staff excellent, food good. Individually I only drink red wine & product offered is very poor therefore I purchase bottle/s each night which are very good & reasonably priced. Comparing to other Iberostar hotels we have stayed in its a 3/5 our last stay was in Lanzarote Playa Blanca 4.5/5.
