Does whatever they want and can take away your winning pending plays and bans your account if you even make a small net profit. They do refund your money that you deposited but keeps the rest of your winnings. Withdraws takes days and you have to constantly email support because the in app live support is useless. Support claimed I broke their terms of service. Withdrawals were a headache. ### 1/5 — Limited Accounts and Difficult Withdrawals *2026-06-11* I really wanted to like this app. However, their deposit match is limited to $5 per day, they limit 6 leg plays to $10, and withdrawing is an absolute nightmare. If you try to contact support, expect something along the lines of “we will check and get back to you”, just to never follow up. Additionally, my account was fully suspended from betting after I made $500 profit. Every time I tried to place an entry, it was immediately refunded. Their support in-app support was of no help, and they directed me to their email. Their email support continued to say “we will get back to you”, just to never provide a valid explanation. Ibet is good at what they do Scam Horrible customer service, no real agents to talk to if you have a problem. They owe me three out of four tickets i won . ### 1/5 — Horrible option *2026-01-19* Sign up bonus is attractive, but 2 legs pay out only 2x. Placing a same game parlay will make your multiplier horrible. You cannot even use the bonus money immediately, there is a daily 10 dollar usage limit on promo funds. I also have to click multiple times on the lobby before I am allowed to see it, as I always get hit with the pop up “skill based gaming isn’t allowed in your location,” even though I am in a legal state. A major problem is the payouts. Most apps offer 3x for most two leg entries while iBet only offers 2x. Also, 3 leg entries are a 6x unless you do bets from the same sport which then drops to a 4.75x. Another major issue is the “daily promo fund limit” in which you can only use a certain amount of your promo funds a day, but support is not allowed to tell you what your limit is leaving you to have to guess each day how much you can spend before it starts using your cash. UI and player props aren’t the worst but it’s nothing you can’t find on most other dfs apps. Best bet is to stay away. **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.
