In recent months, the support has been dreadful to the point of rudeness and the app is deliberately ‘hobbled’ to force you down an utterly irrelevant subscription route. Our advice, avoid this product and definitely avoid the subscription. ### 1/5 — It was working fine! *2016-12-11* Update wiped my settings & gate control, now it won't let me add it as a master? He could not get my car to start after installation. This was in a 2016 Transit. This now seems to be much more stable and so far has not given the issues we had earlier. The product itself is good and the execution is solid.
