If you have a non-Swedish phone number you will be unable to collect your parcel and will have spend much time contacting both the sender and the carrier in order to have it rerouted—customer service will not help you!

The reason for giving 2 stars is the lack of options when it comes to E identification. They should introduce Freja too as a form of E identification for those who don’t have am access to a Mobil BankID.
