App just crashes after a reading is done

There is not app that connects to BX805. 
The device is very expensive and is very disappointed that you can’t use it to its full potential. 
Costumer service doesn’t respond either. 
Don’t waste you money on this device or app.

This app serves its purpose well, but data does not pass to Apple Health. This app is not shown as accessing the Health app. The developer should pay attention as this is a deal breaker. Unfortunately there is no details of customer service on the app.
