Just from today: the app doesn’t transfer photos, for no reason. No workaround.

Hello,

I was transferring photos using my Leef iBridge Air. And literally in my eyes the Leef application disconnected from the Leef iBridge Air and I wasn't able to connect after it.
I restarted my phone. I restarted the Leef - nothing helped.

I tried to send this to customer support. But the email on their address is not valid. 

I really don’t know how to deal with my problem now.

After finally getting the app connected to the leaf air I found if I renamed a video the video would not change name and Infact wouldn’t play afterwards. All ‘file created dates’ are July 2018 (5 years out). Plus, all the thumbnails on photos and videos are blank. TOTAL RUBBISH. SENT BACK TO AMAZON FOR REFUND.

Странно, но в момент покупки приложение еле работало, связь вайфая постоянно разрывалась и передать какие-то файлы было невозможно. В общем была недовольна как и все. Сейчас случайно вспомнила про эту флешку и легко подключилась, все заработало как надо. Хотя судя по описанию приложение так и не обновляли.
