Light on/off timer non functional. Poor playback navigation. this app and camera are becoming useless over time. I was going to buy more IBRIGHT cameras for myself and family but after this poor experience I’m going to have to look elsewhere for home security cameras. Sorry IBRIGHT but your app upkeep has been abysmal. Fix it soon or lose a customer. ### 1/5 — Update the features! *2023-08-03, version 1.1.0* So many user-unfriendly, and unnecessary, clickstreams. Update the features! It’s not that hard! For example, how about a Home button that enables you to toggle from deep review of cam photos to the top-level menu. Basic right? No, it doesn’t exist! Idiotic. ### 1/5 — No updates since v1 *2023-01-28, version 1.1.0* Ridiculous to not have app updates at all. Current app is unstable. ### 1/5 — Notifications don’t cross over to phone!! *2021-10-30, version 1.0.4* That’s the whole reason I got this app was to notify me if someone is breaking into my car!!! It says notifications (selected on) and doesn’t actually cross over to the phone ever!! This needs to be fixed. Also the app is set up extremely similiar to old version of GEENI. But yet, they do not have a motion alert easy access like geeni does. It seems like this app just got forgotten about and they continued with their other ones. Shame, I may have to return camera. As it’s functionalities are useless for what I needed it for. ### 1/5 — HARD TO USE *2020-07-30, version 1.0.1* This app is extremely hard to use—- I can’t seem to find out how to control a group of lights at the same time in order to change color. Nothing online on how to use the app. ### 1/5 — Crashing *2020-04-17, version 1.0* Terrible app, extremely hard to setup, bad directions, and on top of that it crashes almost every time you try to change your lights color and you have to wait a few days. ### 2/5 — Incompatible with T Mobile Home Internet *2023-08-25, version 1.1.0* The light bulbs cannot pair with T Mobile Home internet even if you configure your WiFi to broadcast at 2.4 GHz. I have had a ticket open for months regarding this and have not had any responses so I do not think this is an issue they will be resolving. The lights worked fine with my previous ISP. If you do not have T Mobile Home internet this is not a bad product but given the lack of customer service I have received I doubt that any other issues will be addressed promptly. ### 2/5 — Light won’t turn off with app *2021-07-17, version 1.0.3* This is so bright and the camera is awesome. It takes A picture when there is motion. BUT MY LIGHT WILL NOT TURN OFF and I CANNOT GET A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL. THE WEBSITE IS AWFUL. ### 3/5 — Needs some work *2022-01-26, version 1.0.6* The lights themselves are great, but the app needs many options such as a feature to control groups of lights at once (colourwise) instead of having to do it individually, u also can only have one color preset for the lights, i have them all set to purple but id like to make them all at once go green and dark blue.
