It’s cleaner and easier to navigate than before but I still find it to be a maze. It leads you in circles trying to look up basic information about your coverage. And the amount of times you are redirected off the app to a web page is insane. To a website with a bunch of glitches. Currently, the cost estimate tool doesn’t work. It only leads you to a provider search page and lists their tiers with “low cost” of “high cost” as their “cost estimate”. I’m not sure why this app even exists ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can't "find care" *2026-09-03* This app has always been awful and non-functional for actually redirecting to the page for finding doctors. All other links seem to redirect to a usable page. Also IBX's search function for care on a desktop is just as frustrating. Who wouldn't want the cheapest co-pay? And of course why wouldn't IBX want me to be able to see that information easily? My current insurance-taking doctor isn't even listed as a care provider in my area, so the whole "find care" thing--interface, content--is a mess. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2026-07-16, version 12.1.9* Your account will never load, the app doesn’t function. Endless dual authentication, text messages for dox with links that don’t work or by the time you go through the dual authentication, you just end up on the home page.
