Happens via desktop and mobile app. Last time it took over a week to resolve. Never had this issue with the old system. ### 2/5 — This app is not an upgrade *2024-05-26* No real-time alerts on debit transactions makes this app nearly useless. Obviously, no one sought input from the end users before dissociating from the old SecurLock app. There is no real-time alert mechanism to notify you if your account has been compromised. ### 2/5 — Looks horrible *2024-05-19* The ui is atrocious compared to the old one. I know I could write it in my checkbook but it would be convenient to see here. ### 3/5 — Mobile Banking *2023-02-25* I love depositing checks on the mobile app. But I wish the bill pay was more detailed so I could see the bills that were pending as I can see them on the website. But overall it’s very convenient for deposits and checking balances. ### 1/5 — Pathetic *2021-08-31, version 5.0.0.1654* Doesn’t work on my iPod Touch at all (just displays a rather long link in a dialog (that you can not copy and paste) with an OK button and manually entering that URL just logs into the website). On iPad it wants to send you a text message code on your iPhone… and if you don’t have one? I guess you don’t sign in unless you are willing to pay $$$ for a phone and $$$$ for a cell phone contract. That is a rather expensive key. Now maybe if they paid for a phone and provider (but of course they will not do that). Or they could actually write an app that works. The shame of this is that earlier versions worked fine on both but every “update” and “upgrade” gets progressively worse. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2021-06-22, version 4.6.6.3* I forgot my password because I use Face ID so my account got locked. Went to the bank 3 times to fix it and nobody can figure how to unlock my account. It’s been a week and I can’t check my balances. My family has been with IC for more than 3 generations and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced more confusion than this app. It’s horrible to navigate, find information, and you’re lucky to get response back. When you do it’s cold and short and they couldn’t care less if they answered your question. Next! ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-11-24* This “updated” app is difficult to use and glitchy. Sometimes I can pay my mortgage (through IC) by going to that specific account. Sometimes I can’t because the button doesn’t respond. Then I am forced to pay the mortgage the traditional “bill pay” way which takes over a week to deliver. I am rather tech savvy but this app and even the website is too much to navigate. ### 1/5 — Ugh *2024-06-06* Can’t log in. Says it can’t authenticate. So frustrating ! ### 1/5 — Horrible update. *2024-06-03* Currently sitting in the waiting room at DCU. I will be taking all my money out of my savings because of this disaster of an update. I’ve been a member since the age of 6 and I’m now 23. Dissatisfied to say the least. Now the app is functional and you have more options. It is what a banking app should be.
