Why not include English, to make it easier for visitors to buy your tickets?! Obviously this app was only put on market for the sake of saying they have a mobile app. In reality this app is useless. Nie pokazuje możliwości przesiadek. Pokazuje po prostu „brak połączenia”. A ja mam sama wymyślić możliwe połączenia z przesiadką. Nie pokazuje i nie daje możliwości zakupu biletu na sypialny lub kuszetkę. Nie pokazuje, że nie ma rezerwacji miejsc. Muszę się domyślać. Sama zmienia wybór z pierwszej klasy na drugą. A jak się nie godzisz to wracasz do pozycji zero, czyli szukasz od początku. 4 godziny straciłam na aplikacji tej i Bilkom. Bought tickets on web browser with same email. In Browser it shows tickets as purchased, in app it does not. What’s the reason to have it? I am sure if it supported multiple languages it would meet the minimum needs. But it doesn’t.
