## What is iCadence?

Getting a break reminder is easy. Actually taking the break is harder.

iCadence is a work break reminder for people who spend long hours at a desk.

Instead of simply telling you it is time to rest, iCadence can help confirm that a break actually happened through walking, standing, and other short activities — then automatically begin the next work cycle.

NOT JUST ANOTHER BREAK REMINDER

A notification appears.

You dismiss it.

And keep working.

iCadence is designed to break that pattern.

When it is time for a break, complete a short activity such as walking, standing, or stretching. Once your break is completed, iCadence moves on to the next work cycle automatically.

FIND YOUR WORK RHYTHM

Create a schedule that fits the way you work:

• Work and break at custom intervals
• Get reminders at specific minutes each hour
• Set fixed break times during the day
• Customize work and break durations
• Create different schedules for different parts of your day

MOVE TO COMPLETE YOUR BREAK

Available break activities include:

• Walking
• Standing
• Stretching
• Squats
• Jumping jacks
• Push-ups
• Eye breaks
• Drinking water
• Breathing

Walking can be verified using device motion sensors. Some activities can use on-device body pose detection.

Camera frames used for pose detection are processed on device and are not saved or uploaded.

iCadence distinguishes between verified breaks, manually confirmed breaks, and missed breaks so you can better understand your real work and rest rhythm.

iCADENCE PRO

Some iCadence features are available for free. Advanced features require Pro.

You can choose:

• Pro Annual — an auto-renewable annual subscription, with a free trial for eligible new subscribers
• Pro Lifetime — a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks Pro features

Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period. Pricing, trial eligibility, and local currency may vary by storefront and are shown before purchase in the App Store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.
