## What is iCall.ing?

iCall is a fast, secure SIP softphone for making and receiving voice calls and text messages over the internet using your own SIP/VoIP account.

• Two SIP lines — register two accounts at once and choose a line per call.
• High-quality VoIP audio with OPUS, G.722 and G.711 codecs.
• Secure signalling over TLS and encrypted media with SRTP.
• Reliable incoming calls — push notifications wake the app and ring you even when it is closed or in the background, integrated with the native iPhone call screen.
• In-call controls — mute, speaker, keypad (DTMF), hold, add a second call, swap, 3-way conference, and call transfer.
• Messaging — send and receive SIP text messages with delivery status.
• Call history with redial, and contact integration for quick dialing.
• QR sign-in — scan a provisioning code to configure a line instantly.
• Balance and account expiry shown at a glance.

iCall requires a SIP account from your VoIP provider or PBX. Enter your DID / extension and SIP password, or scan a QR provisioning code, and you are ready to call.

• Reliability improvements.
