I keep coming back to its simplicity. It's guided without somebody's voice distracting you instead you touch screen activate a audio visual prompt you can follow or ignore at will. Various settings for breath technique. The purest reed instrument & some oriental string plays in the background some of the most grounding sweet melody I have heard in years. Leaving the sound on a long time after the little guided breathing is how I discovered that.
