I have two other ip cam viewers that work. Level 1 app won't even connect to their own camera! Thank goodness it's free. I guess you get what you pay for.

Talk about 100% incompatible with Apple.  
Everything Level 1 makes seems to be OVERLY complicated and impossible to configure.  
Don't waste your time or money.
