While registering, when I key in pwd and rekey pwd, getting #MT10000 error, not able to resolve it.

Can't log in. The OTP never came, so I couldn't reset your password. I emailed support and didn't get any response. 

Do you even work? 

This is the 2.0 app. They created this 2.0 app so you can't see how bad the reviews are on the older app. It's just an app; change the UI code, and it will look newer. Why the name change or new app? 

It doesn't matter; it's still a new app. Incompetence at every level. No accountability, no responsibility. Yet they have funds for app development. 

Now you know where your rising insurance premiums are going – to the incompetents.

Alliance team seems not to know how to create proper apps. The app keeps saying “update your app” when I am already using the latest version!
