Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it won’t accept my new password. Help! ### 1/5 — Latest version not work. *2025-10-09, version 3.0.0* after upgrade to latest version, it continues poping out 102 field missing that I cant see any report of my son, even child info is missing.. also the pictures are always blur after download. Please fix. Thanks ### 1/5 — Unable to use the app on my iPhone SE *2025-08-17, version 2.4.2* I can’t sign up or log in because the keyboard blocks the ‘Next’ button. My screen is not large enough for the button to be visible, I cannot minimize the keyboard or click on the screen to scroll down to see the button. I was able to sign up using my husband’s larger phone screen but still am unable to log in using mine. Hopefully this can be fixed soon, as my son is starting daycare in a week. ### 1/5 — App down since a day *2024-05-16, version 1.1.31* The app has been down and it been more than a day. I deleted the app a number of times and reinstalled it , the email id was refreshed . Still nothing . Everywhere was working fine on the earlier version ### 1/5 — App is down more than up and running *2022-03-01, version 1.1.12* This app is always saying “system error”. Very frustrating when we are trying to do the covid screening and it doesn’t work. It seems to be down more than up and working ### 2/5 — Could be a lot better *2022-02-22, version 1.1.11* The app has the right idea but it could be a lot more user-friendly. The photo quality for one needs major upgrade- its worse than VGA camera resolution, which is absurd in this day and age. Also, there is a limit of 3 photo uploads per day per child, so sometimes teachers make a collage to fit in more photos, but the quality gets even worse! There should definitely also be a video sharing option added. Lastly, there should be separate login options for each parent because if we use the same credentials, one of us always gets signed out. ### 3/5 — Notifications issue on iPhone *2025-08-20, version 2.4.2* The app is good but the only major issue is that you do not receive notifications unless open the app itself on iPhone. Developers needs to fix the issue as this has caused me to miss few important notifications. Please check you background refresh code or APNs to fix it. This is a reputed organization and your app’s bug is tainting it. ### 3/5 — Notifications *2025-01-20, version 2.1.0* Notifications don’t work on mine and husbands iPhone. Specifically the messaging notifications and the medication notifications. Otherwise a good app. ### 3/5 — Good foundation *2023-11-20, version 1.1.29* Teachers at Lullaboo are well equipped. I feel safe leaving my child with them all day, almost everyday. The app is not used to its fullest potential. Would love to see individual comments about my child more and better quality photos.
