Interactive exercise programs by sports scientists and professional trainers ensure highly effective, measurable, and fun workouts for your entire body. Wir nutzen die Geräte in der Physiotherapie. Grade bei Kindern zum Trainieren der Propriozeption sehr gut. Was nervt ist, wenn man die App . 2 Wochen nicht verwendet hat, dann erfolgt erstmal ein Update, der bei schlechten WLAN  , gefühlte 15 Minuten dauert. Dann ist die Therapie schon fast rum. Wieso muss man  jedes Mal ca. 500 MB runterladen?

In vielen Fällen kannst Du das Update auch skippen und herunterladen, wenn es für Dich passend ist.  Wir wünschen weiterhin viel Spaß beim Training!

I am a huge fan of the mini games, they are so different from each other and urge you to use all groups of muscles. And you basically just can’t hop off till your body burns - the leaderboard and competition with other players becomes an addiction!
