It works every time. I’ve been using this app for a while now.  In my line of work, I get a lot of random calls, especially blocked. This app takes care of all that. Set up was quick when I first did it. The new look and feel is nice too.

I’ve recently experienced issues where it is no longer allowing me to see who rang me on No Caller ID, the support team have not replied to my emails. I am unable to trade or identify who rang me for the last few days, please can someone get in touch as I am sure many are experiencing this.

Im always hesitant with these kind of apps thinking its just a scam and fake. But this worked striagjt away showed the number of the no caller id who was ringing me. Big shout out to the developers hope u can keep this app running the way it is‼️

By email. Even though I’ve deleted the app?????

If you've fully canceled and deactivated the service, you should not be receiving any emails. Deleting the app alone won't stop the service from working. You'll still get notifications with the revealed blocked call as long as the service is active. Please contact our support team support@icaughtu.io for any assistance on this. We're here to help.

Makes me login every time I open the app and doesn’t track my no caller id calls

**Developer response:** Hi! We're sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We'd love to learn more about the problem you had with logging in every time you open the app. We totally hear how annoying that can be. The app was not built to function that way. 

We'd also like to figure out why it didn't track your 'No Caller ID' calls. Typically, that's due to an error during the initial set up. App doesn’t work. Phone ringing all night from a “no caller id” and not a single call in my log. Thankfully my stalker calls a lot and I was able to figure out it didn’t work during the trial period.

I set it up did the test, it worked, then received 8 private calls and non of them was unmasked, I canceled it, it’s a shame that I payed  $119 for a year for this useless aplicación.

Followed every step and it failed on both of my phones

App is not showing who’s called. Upon contacting customer service they have no replied at all. Issue has been going on for almost 6 weeks with no fix!

Was working fine until July I have been subscribed for well over a year and always worked well but recently not been working at all tried to contact support as was still getting charged but no response now cancelled my subscription

The calls have stopped unmasking and I have realised this happened since mid November. I had contacted them multiple times but nothing has changed. I had payed for a subscription as well so just feels like a waste of money.

Paying for an app that no longer works it stopped unmasking calls in November I have tried to email and got no response from the app provider I have WhatsApp’d and also not had a response from the support agent on WhatsApp either really disappointed will be cancelling this and I would like a refund ! Using this for the second time first time had no problems at all second time just does not work don’t get any of my email notifications, doesn’t even unmask callers majority of the days I wouldn’t recommend so unreliable. Also contacted support no response what so ever. Waste of subscription.

Having privacy is so important to me and my family. Having to deal with spam calls and scammers is now a thing of the past. This app is so versatile in terms of dealing with pestering callers. I’m even now trying a new feature that’s in Beta that serves as a lie detector for these sketchy scammers. Wow!

I used to get constant “No Caller ID” calls that drove me crazy, now I can finally see who’s behind them! The unmasking feature works exactly as promised.

What I love most is that new features are rolled out regularly, and the app just keeps getting better with each update. 

Easy to use, reliable, and worth every penny. Highly recommend for anyone tired of mystery calls or needing to track important calls for work or personal reasons. 10/10!

I’ve the app over 3 months now at first it was working now it’s not I have deleted and reinstalled the app set up over everything went thru successfully and it still don’t work
