Makes you create an account to use. It was glitchy and I couldn’t make the account.

I am trying to download titles to my library. I keep getting “error, something went wrong.” When I am logged in to concurrent mode, it will not save favorites or download for offline use. It keeps saying “ something went wrong, try again later.” Please fix this, so the app functions like it is supposed to.
