Did that. But now the app hangs at exactly the point where it detects that my old password doesn’t work. Cant delete my old data, cant put in my new data. It is impossible to login to any more you get an error saying basically they can’t find an account associated with your email and then the screen goes black and hangs until you force close it. This started months ago and they have not fixed it yet. ICC you can do better than this. My recommendation for folks in the USA is don’t bother with this app, get Willow and ESPN and you will be able to see most matches with an app that is usable ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2024-10-29* The app opens and shows the msg of “sorry, we can’t find account with email address/password. Upon reading the reviews I was skeptical however I had faith. Now I don’t. You open the app and it says ‘No email found for this user, please create a new account’. Like any other person I clicked ‘yes’ (the ONLY option) and it presents you with a blank screen where you can’t do anything; I’ve tried re-downloading the app and still it does not work. As many have said, the app doesn’t work. As soon as it loads it throws an error saying the account is not valid but doesn’t give you any way to actually enter an account in the first place. It’s ridiculous. Whoever wrote this app for the ICC needs to be sacked. The app then says I must purchase the ashes to watch, but when I go to press it ‘Gilchrist’s Ashes’ starts playing. ### 2/5 — Login error leads to blank screen on iPhone *2026-02-18* I’m unable to log in on iPhone. After entering my email and password, the app shows the message “Sorry we can’t find an account with this email and password.” Immediately after that, the screen goes blank and there is no option to retry, reset the password, or create a new account. I reinstalled the app, force closed it, and tried different networks. The issue still occurs. There is no way to proceed once the blank screen appears, which makes the app unusable. This looks like an authentication or app flow bug rather than a user error.
