The menu system is convoluted and worse a sales rep is calling my phone when I am on a do not call list and did not agree to this level of contact. It will not let me get a new password because it tells me that I am putting in an invalid email address. The best ICD-10 app around, it has favorites, it has a quick search and it links to my EHR! By the way it does require you to sign in to the Dr. Chrono EMR and agree to their terms. Very frustrating if you are busy and trying to get a code on the go. Also the search engine is poor. You have to put in exactly the right words to get any code that is close to your search. Very frustrating as well.
