### 5/5 — Awesome

*2026-03-18, version 2.0.10*

### 1/5 — LOST ALL INPUTTED INFORMATION

*2026-03-13, version 2.0.10*

I have had this app for at least 15+ years and recently tried the iPhone update only to LOSE ALL of my information. It is not stored on the icloud. I need to find another app that can handle ALL updates required. What a PITA! I loved it before this happened. 😭

### 5/5 — HELP 911, ER need to be trained to use!!!

*2026-02-27, version 2.0.10*

Train responders to ask for and if it is updated

### 3/5 — Important but Not user friendly!!!

*2026-02-22, version 2.0.10*

This is so important but needs a lot of technical work to fix things!! My ICE card which should Always be visible so often changes to a blur and the photo I use will often revert back to a previous 1 for no reason. This ( especially my blurred ICE card is very frustrating! Also I need to edit on my phone contact page to match current meds etc and there is no way to do this! It would be nice to be able to get some support ( that page also does not work) but bringing me here sure did.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2025-12-23, version 2.0.10*

I've been using another app and was not happy. When I found this app, I read a lot of the reviews and got it. I've had to go by ambulance to the hospital twice in the last 4 months. I was unable to speak for myself. I wish is had this app then. I love the fact that you have unlimited space for meds and diagnoses. Also, it's really easy to edit or add info and it rates your health risk. Next time I have to go to hospital, I will get my daughter to use this. It will save a lot of time and gives me peace of mind. It did crash a few times, however, I rebooted my phone and got an antivirus app and have had NO issues since. Thanks!!

### 5/5 — Essential App

*2025-12-18, version 2.0.10*

This app is very helpful in organizing and listing everything responders would know in case of any emergency I might have. Functionality is great and the app is very easy to use.
