### 4/5 — Adding or Editing

*2026-03-23, version 2.0.10*

My medications and conditions change and grow. Changing a dosage is simple but adding or reordering is extremely difficult to impossible.

### 3/5 — Can’t add conditions, medications

*2026-03-22, version 2.0.10*

Can’t add conditions, medications

### 3/5 — Important but Not user friendly!!!

*2026-02-22, version 2.0.10*

This is so important but needs a lot of technical work to fix things!! My ICE card which should Always be visible so often changes to a blur and the photo I use will often revert back to a previous 1 for no reason. This ( especially my blurred ICE card is very frustrating! Also I need to edit on my phone contact page to match current meds etc and there is no way to do this! It would be nice to be able to get some support ( that page also does not work) but bringing me here sure did.

### 3/5 — Good but limited

*2025-12-11, version 2.0.10*

On an iPhone 15, important information is cut off the right side of the screen. Tacky

### 5/5 — Use as Lock Screen

*2025-04-23, version 2.0.10*

Works great.

### 5/5 — Live Alone

*2025-04-16, version 2.0.10*

So thankful for a quick way for anyone can check on my medical life in case I can’t explain.

### 3/5 — Cannot Deselect High Risk

*2025-04-16, version 2.0.10*

Will not let me change high risk to low risk

### 5/5 — Insurance

*2025-02-21, version 2.0.10*

It is great to have something that will talk for me when I can’t.

### 5/5 — Entering Data

*2025-01-28, version 2.0.10*

Quick & EZ entering my info. Very user friendly.

### 5/5 — ICE

*2025-01-19, version 2.0.10*

Good

### 5/5 — A Must Have!

*2024-12-18, version 2.0.10*

This app is a must have! Previously, I had just written in my contacts like this: I.C.E., then a name. This is a way better way to have in your phone and includes vital info.

### 4/5 — Priority app for cell

*2024-12-11, version 2.0.10*

Great idea just can’t get ICE image into lock page

### 5/5 — Looks like it will work

*2024-10-04, version 2.0.10*

The logo seems good for first responders to find. It was just the facts I needed. Hope I don’t need it too soon, but it is just what I was looking for.

### 5/5 — Thank you for this app!

*2024-09-05, version 2.0.10*

Recently I needed help from an ambulance away from home, the ambulance people knew where to find out I was on insulin and also on Coumadin, both medicines can cause a medical emergency. Anyway they looked on my phone and got what they needed to know about me. This app very possibly saved my life. I am so grateful to the developer; thank you!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
And God bless you, my Angel 🙏🙏😇😇

### 4/5 — Good App

*2024-06-30, version 2.0.10*

This app can be a lifesaver but a few enhancements would be beneficial. First, listing medications as single line entries would make it easier to read.
Denoting the emergency contact’s relationship to the individual or listing a preferred order of contact would be good.
Being able to change the order of the medications or being able to sort it would be helpful. I recently had to change my Type II diabetes medication bc of the shortage of in-stock medication and would have liked it to be listed first in the list rather than ending up at the bottom of the large paragraph of medications I am on.
A reminder once or twice a year would be helpful. I hadn’t realized I hadn’t updated my information recently.

### 5/5 — Ice

*2024-06-26, version 2.0.10*

I down loaded the app after it was advised by my driver improvement instructor suggested that everyone should have the app on their cell phones in case they were involved in an accident and rendered unconscious. So far I haven’t needed it, but I’m glad I have it. Thanks for the developers of the app, it could be the difference between life and death!!!

### 5/5 — A must have !!

*2024-05-29, version 2.0.10*

I’ve had this app on my phone for years and has never needed it until this past weekend when I was brought to the emergency room unresponsive and unable to tell the doctors anything and the first responders picked up my phone to see if I had this app and they were able to get a whole bunch of information to treat me. I definitely would recommend anybody to having an app like this.
Nice job thank you!!🙏

### 1/5 — LOST ALL INPUTTED INFORMATION

*2026-03-13, version 2.0.10*

I have had this app for at least 15+ years and recently tried the iPhone update only to LOSE ALL of my information. It is not stored on the icloud. I need to find another app that can handle ALL updates required. What a PITA! I loved it before this happened. 😭

### 1/5 — Useless now

*2025-09-06, version 2.0.10*

This used to work as expected but now when I try to update my info and download the image, it crashes every time. Is it even being updated or supported anymore?

### 1/5 — Doesn’t. Work

*2025-08-06, version 2.0.10*

Doesn’t work

### 1/5 — Update

*2023-12-18, version 2.0.10*

Use to be a great app now you can’t edit any information

### 1/5 — This app insists labeling me with incorrect info

*2022-03-13, version 2.0.10*

The app keeps saying I am high risk Type 2 diabetes and won’t allow me to change that to Type 1 diabetes.

I have had past problems with our dysfunctional medical system screwing up the difference between Types 1 & 2 diabetes and it is dangerous.

Whatever idiot designed this app doesn’t care about accuracy in medical emergencies!

### 1/5 — J D Gar

*2021-12-11, version 2.0.10*

I got the ice on my iPad.
If I’m unconscious and no body knows my code to open
my iPad or even know it’s there. Yes I can tell my family
But when i’m out without them? I find no solution to this ?

### 1/5 — Dead City

*2020-11-29, version 2.0.10*

Since latest iOS update (14.2) I can no longer open the app either from my phone or from the OPEN button on the App Store. Have lost all my data. Worked fine before but obviously the developers don’t give a crap to revise and keep current. Have left a complaint but no response. Sad…

(Also I have tried dozens of nicknames to go with this comment but they have all apparently been taken. If this eventually posts it’s either a miracle or I’ve stumbled on a loophole..!!)

### 1/5 — JUNK

*2020-06-28, version 2.0.10*

Sorry I purchased the Auto Upgrade. The basic app is maybe a 2 Star. The $0.99 for the Auto Info has minimal info to capture info. It ONLY allows AAA. I have Good Sam’s Roadside Assist. I used the spaces to capture info but the telephone numbers are grayed out and will not allow entry of telephone numbers to quick dial. Nowhere does it say how to enter these telephone numbers. Totally useless. Captures useless Auto Service details then shows them as “not entered” on the details screen. Knowing what I know now I would not waste a buck on this crappy app.

### 1/5 — Went from good to bad

*2018-10-26, version 2.0.10*

Had ICE as my lock screen. Wanted to make edit. Wouldn't accept my password. Went to page to reset password. Put in my email and got msg that I couldn't connect to server and should connect to internet which I was connected to. Said if it still didn't work to email support at an email that was not fully displayed on screen. Duh. Went back to original screen and all my data were gone. NOBODY ever calls back from corporate office. Screen has wrong information on it that can’t be changed. This app developer is going to get sued BIG TIME!!!

### 1/5 — Not what it could be

*2013-11-29, version 2.0.1*

All it does is make a photo that you can set as your wallpaper. I thought it would have an icon you could click on to get the info. Not that sophisticated. Could be a lot better.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — HELP 911, ER need to be trained to use!!!

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2025-12-23, version 2.0.10*

I've been using another app and was not happy. When I found this app, I read a lot of the reviews and got it. I've had to go by ambulance to the hospital twice in the last 4 months. I was unable to speak for myself. I wish is had this app then. I love the fact that you have unlimited space for meds and diagnoses. Also, it's really easy to edit or add info and it rates your health risk. Next time I have to go to hospital, I will get my daughter to use this. It will save a lot of time and gives me peace of mind. It did crash a few times, however, I rebooted my phone and got an antivirus app and have had NO issues since. Thanks!!

### 5/5 — Essential App

*2025-12-18, version 2.0.10*

This app is very helpful in organizing and listing everything responders would know in case of any emergency I might have. Functionality is great and the app is very easy to use.

### 5/5 — Good for keeping track of medication

*2025-12-06, version 2.0.10*

Great when someone asks what meds you’re taking.
All proper names listed. Especially in a stressful situation!

### 5/5 — One limitation

*2025-11-24, version 2.0.10*

First responders cannot get into my cell phone to access this information.
Should have space for supplements.
Otherwise ICE is great!

### 5/5 — Safety

*2025-06-03, version 2.0.10*

This is something I had not thought about till I happened to see it. Any information that can assist you in any emergency, especially if you can’t speak for yourself, will be helpful to any ambulance personnel or hospital. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Vital app

*2025-04-25, version 2.0.10*

Simple to set up. Easy to complete. Critical if needed. A literal lifesaver!!
