When I try to enter the game and log in with my Facebook or Google account, this message appears: Network Error

The customer service gives you the bare minimum of “have you tried resetting your phone?” They require you send photo&video evidence of your issues but for some reason uploading them isnt possible. Then they follow up with a “oh well please leave a review!” Theres a lot of bugs and lagging whilst playing this game.
