(I’ve used it for years.) Other occasions it crashes lots of times and randomly freezes. Especially problematic closer to 11:30-12 midnight. Crashed 8 times in one order this week. I gave up for a few days. Today my order has 11 items refunded / unavailable and several substitutions. Not so good I’m afraid. The shopping is good value and you can easily book delivery slots. But….What has happened lately? Disappointed. Update: I have disabilities and choose Iceland partly because the bags are packed for me ….and delivered in appropriate food groups. (Freezer; store cupboard, fruit, fridge, meats etc) Easier for me (and their deals are good and delivery is easy to sort) My last order arrived with NO BAGS!!!!! No warning !!!!! and I had to gather all of my order from the large trays not in my porch, but down the steps leading to my porch. Dangerous for me. Usually I put the frozen items away first and have a break. Then the fridge/meats and then one bag at a time throughout the day. This new system did not allow for that. Sad :-( It will take my independence away from me. I will need somebody else to do it for me instead. Thanks a lot!!! Not!!! ( Not good at all for me last week. I was giddy, sweating, shaking and felt under a lot of pressure. My anxiety was through the roof. Rushing I pulled my lower back and have been struggling for days since. An absolute nightmare. ) Why didn’t you warn me of this change? You send me emails and texts for other things. So why not this? I stopped using Tesco because of this bag/box issue. Now this. 🤷‍♀️ If this “no bag strategy” is what’s in the future, then I will not be ordering very much more!!!! I missed out on all the points I could have had and the savings and all I got from customer service was “I understand anything else I can help with.” Nothing to help with this at all even though they could see my history of orders I’m just really shocked at the response and the app clearly needs fixing. ### 1/5 — Mine broke *2026-06-05, version 1.9* Use to work but no longer ### 1/5 — App needs back button *2026-06-03, version 1.9* Unbelievably this app doesn’t have a back button, so if you check out an item you’re then forced to start from the beginning as without a back button you can’t get back to where you came from. This is a major basic omission and as I haven’t even done a shop yet it’s highly unlikely that I will as it’s makes it too laborious when it should have been simple!!! ### 1/5 — Fix one thing break another! *2026-05-29, version 1.9* It’s always a guess whether the app will work or not, more errors as usual! Firstly, why does it continuously keep logging me out?! This should’ve been sorted by now! Secondly, like others have said, I can’t even top-up as the card jumps above the screen and you can’t see it. Back again is the error of the top-up button which has completely disappeared! There are always errors with this app and it’s becoming really annoying to use. Only problem when I order online and order the specials it doesn’t always give you the special off. Example steak £5 each or 3 for £12. Ordered 6 so should be £24 yet charged me the full price making it £30. It’s not right online shopping makes these errors ### 5/5 — Bonus Card *2026-03-24, version 1.9* We’ve been using the Iceland Food Warehouse Bonus Card and honestly, it’s well worth it 👍 For every £20 you load onto the card, you get £1 extra added by them — it might not sound a lot at first, but it soon adds up over time. On top of that, we shop on Tuesdays and get an extra 10% off as we’re both over 60, which makes a real difference to the weekly shop. The food quality has always been spot on for us too — plenty of choice and good value compared to other places. All in all, between the bonus credit and the Tuesday discount, it’s a great way to save a bit of money without really trying.
