## Newest reviews (10 of 30)

### 2/5 — Nearly good.

*2021-12-02*

The section “Details of the fire detection and alarm system”. Can be quite detailed during the form filling. The PDF output however only shows a tiny single line rendering the whole report useless. Shame.

### 3/5 — Disappointing

*2020-12-08*

You can’t send your certificate after completion. No support. Just a waste.

### 3/5 — Not commercial

*2017-11-18*

Does not have commercial fire category only domestic/dwellings. LD etc not L1 or M only categories.

### 2/5 — Great app but.....

*2015-10-28, version 1.4.5*

...... No servicing certificate surely it would be very simple to add, 5 stars otherwise.

### 3/5 — Mr

*2015-09-23*

Great app just wish it had "fire alarm service" test sheet so I could produce certificates of or my annual servicing.!!!!!!!!!!!! If it did my star rate would of been 5/5 I really hope they add it.

### 2/5 — Crashes

*2015-03-05*

App crashes when you press client detail tab

### 2/5 — Great app...but

*2014-06-25, version 1.4.1*

Where is the fire alarm periodic certs???
This really is a monumental shortfall...

### 2/5 — PIR

*2014-06-05*

I asked 12 MONTHS ago for a periodic inspection report, this app is useless without it, but you have one for EM????

**Developer response:** Fire Alarm PIR is now included

### 2/5 — Emergency lighting periodic inspection needed

*2013-12-30*

Nice little app but I feel would get more use if the emergency lighting periodic inspection cert was on it.

**Developer response:** Fire Alarm PIR is now included

### 1/5 — Con

*2013-02-04*

This has to be one of the biggest cons in the app store as you see it states free you download this and it immediately asks you for log in details when you do this it then asks you for a subscription then if you cancel it goes blank you get nothing not even a sample so come on app store how do these apps get by you their is nothing in this for free and I mean nothing you are not going to spend money when you can't even get a sample
Have you heard of try before you buy
Don't touch you could with a couple of pics do this on pages

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Very poor design

*2024-11-24*

It takes a very long time to go through and populate the certificate. Keeps on missing signatures and issue still not resolved. Keep your money! £70 for 6 months now wasted. Cannot use

### 1/5 — Crazy pricing

*2024-06-13*

I’ve been a long time user of these groups of software, when I first downloaded and subscribed we got everything, then they started splitting it all up. So now you have to buy 3 different sets of subscriptions! It makes it really expensive software. Sorry but £99 now for the fire one is mental money. Plus the electrical one that’s £80, for all the electrical bits it’s getting on for £300 a year. Support is pretty terrible and it’s really buggy. Half the time stuff doesn’t work right. I’ll be looking elsewhere I’m afraid. About 8 years I’ve had this. Time for change.

### 1/5 — What customer service!!!

*2023-09-02*

Had the iCertifi app for 15 years and all the other apps I paid for too. Then one day the app didn’t work lost 15 year worth of certificates. The bloke didn’t want to know and blocked me from contacting him. So if I was you I wouldn’t bother with any of his apps.

**Developer response:** Oh this guy. This person was banned for swearing and being consistently obtuse and abusive to staff who tried to assist. He then set on a campaign of vitriol on social media and got his wife to stalk us, weird!

### 1/5 — Scammy subscription practices. Avoid

*2021-12-06, version 4.8.5*

This used to be £24.99 for 3 months and the subscription covered iCertifi, iCertifi fire and iCertifi PAT.

They have increased the subscription to 39.99 for 3 months and have also sneakily introduced a separate subscription for each separate app.

So the cost has went from £24.99 for 3 months to £119.97. This is an absolute scam. After contacting the abs dealing with condescending customer support I deleted all the apps from my phone and contacted Apple for a refund.

Check out Electraform. Better software and transparent pricing.

### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service

*2021-10-03, version 4.8.4*

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Their customer service is horrific!

### 1/5 — Utterly poor

*2020-09-23, version 4.7.4*

Huge issues trying to send completed certs no support, really disappointing!!!,

### 1/5 — Not updated

*2018-03-16, version 4.0*

The certificates haven’t been updated to bs 5839-1:2017

### 1/5 — Good basic app but many technical issues

*2016-03-28*

Appears to be good app but there are issues when the data fields you have entered are converted differently onto the converted pdf. Check your pdf before sending to client has this could be very misleading when it indicates you have tested something when you haven't . Poor tech support

### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY

*2016-01-05*

I unfortunately purchased this app, a week later my ipad had updated it and logged me out. My login details are no longer recognised and there is apparently no way to have your details resent. The certs themselves look unprofessional and there are spelling mistakes on them too.
Avoid.

### 1/5 — Could be good.....

*2014-06-04, version 1.4.1*

Where are the periodic fire alarm testing certificates? It's completely pointless without these.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great App!!

*2022-01-16, version 5.0*

I requested the DFA a few weeks back and bam! It’s there! The suite of apps by iCertify are in my opinion amazing. I’ve used most of the other competing options out there such as Electraform, NICEIC Online, Tysoft etc.. and I don’t think they come close to iCertify.

Also the support offered via WhatsApp has been impressive. Quick response times and all very friendly.

There are some quirks / buggy aspects but these will be resolved over time - Nothing is perfect.

I’ve seen reviews bringing to attention the file sizes, no issues my end and file sizes are 3.9 MB for an EIC… these are easily sent.

Anyway, great suite of apps. Definitely worth the money.

Coslec Electrical Services Limited.

### 5/5 — Please change the cert print

*2020-07-22, version 4.7.4*

Please could you change the regs to read BS5839-1:2017 NOT 2019 on the maintenance cert.

Other than that great app

### 5/5 — Great!

*2016-03-06*

Use this all the time and very impressed with usability and quality of certificates

### 5/5 — Icertifi fire edition

*2016-01-31*

Great- its been updated with a fire alarm inspection-thanks guys!

### 5/5 — RCEI

*2013-04-29*

Please can you add a Fire Alarm maintenance report to this please...awsum app

### 4/5 — Can’t view in landscape

*2022-03-13*

Would be 5 stars if the app could be viewed in both landscape and portrait on my iPad. When using my keyboard with the iPad I have to view the certificate sideways which is annoying, surely it wouldn’t take much to allow app to display the certificate in landscape, the pat testing version and electrical certificate version do. Would save me a bit neck pain!

### 4/5 — Great but !!!!!

*2015-10-08*

Great app but please where's the fire alarm pir !!! It's used more than any other.

### 4/5 — Shaun

*2015-09-27*

Good app but needs fire service report

### 3/5 — Pretty Good App

*2021-08-29*

We use this most of the time, and to be fair it’s not a bad app at all. 1 major issue, the documents are so large some of my customers can’t receive them. Any chance of making them smaller..??

### 3/5 — Wrong BS standard

*2021-01-13, version 4.7.4*

Fire maintenance certificate needs to be changed to read BS5839-1 2017 not 2019
