App was great last year. Big help when I was in the field. This year app won’t open on iPhone and tech support doesn’t respond. 

Fix the app!

App just crashes.  Needs to be fixed.  It’s tax season.

Every time I have tried to use the mobile app, it never works. Most times I can’t even open the app and it simply crashes. Not been able to upload files either. Only reason I may use this is for tax season but I have to resort to the desktop as this app just simply does NOT work!

Very basic, not intuitive, the folder names don’t show, I can’t move files to other folders, etc.
