I sent a suggestion to them by email, and all I got back was that that is not something that they are looking into at the moment, so it pretty much sounds like they don’t really care, so I’m free to go out here and put a review and that’s what I’m doing. I’m really disappointed. The virtual cycling classes are a great support for our trainer team and members love the variety of courses we now offer and the fierce easy to follow virtual classes guided by Coach By Color (the Life Fitness/ ICG bikes are game changer for us). The app is simple and visually really nicely designed. The virtual classes are very high quality and over 350 videos I believe….. with regular releases.
