Just import PDFs of drawings, estimates, and specifications, and the app covers centralized document management through version comparison.
Catch revisions to your drawings that slipped past you, and see exactly which line items in your estimate changed and by how much — all from one phone, with one hand.

Your imported drawings, estimates, notes, and other data stay only on your phone. Nothing is sent over the internet.

非公式ならではの、入居者にとって便利な機能があります。
太陽光発電、電気代の計算ツールもありがたい上に、
入居後の、フィルター交換・掃除推奨時期が、自分で設定できたり、リマインダーがあり、助かります。
家の鍵の電池切れ、リクシル浄水機の交換時期なども設定して、ストレスなく準備できるように工夫して使っていきたいです。

家族が全く図面や資料を確認しない人だったので自分1人で毎回一条から上がってくる資料の確認をしていました。いよいよ着手承諾、というタイミングでこちらのアプリを知り活用させていただきました。どこが変わったか一目瞭然で助かりました。プレッシャーと疲労で、もう図面を見るのも嫌になってなかなか腰が上がらない状態になっていたので、このアプリに本当に助けられました。生成AIに読み込ませて比較するには個人情報を隠す手間発生しますが、このアプリはそれをしなくて良い点も心理的なハードルが下がりました。素敵なアプリを開発してくださりありがとうございます。

打合せ中の施主にはほぼ必須くらいに便利なアプリです。図面や見積りなど前回からの変更点がとてもわかりやすいので、サイレントフィリピンの防止にもなります。またそれらの情報もアプリ内で完結しているので流出の心配もありません。私は引き渡し後の施主ですがでんき通信簿機能で太陽光でどれだけ得したか、つい毎日開いてしまいます。他にも便利機能が搭載されており、引き渡し後でもとても重宝しています。

CAD図面、電気図面、資金計画書、画像入り仕様書の新旧変更箇所を瞬時に確認することができます。直前に届いた図面を十分チェックできないまま打ち合わせに臨む不安が解消され、サイレントフィリンピン対策にも大活躍しています。一般的な生成AIサービスではアップロードされたファイルがサービス側に流出する危険性があり、個人情報の載っている図面を解析することに抵抗がありましたが、このアプリは個々の携帯アプリ内で解析が完結し流出するリスク不安がないことの安心感も大きいです。
建設後に電気通信簿で売電や蓄電池の活躍を見える化するのが楽しみです。

確かに、現状はスケールが固定されている前提になってますね。
おそらく、間取りが大きく変わらない限りは、図面サイズはほぼ固定されるので、差分比較が重要になる場面では問題なく使えるかと思います！
ただ、サイズ違いの図面の比較については今後の改善検討ポイントとして検討させていただきます🙏
