I had issues with the app not playing, I find getting into “back office” a bit confusing and it would be great if the app was made suitable for iPad instead just having bigger iPhone app. It would be useful to have an option to block all other device sounds while iChill app is playing. I am low income and cannot afford to pay the subscription, I wish there was a free version with some songs at least. And also, the app doesn't let you play music offline as the app won't load offline, despite letting you download songs. There is no way of contacting anyone for help and I am paying for something I can’t use.
