I've tried other iChing iPhone apps and they don't even come close to this. I also used to use the Wilhelm iChing book to interpret my readings and have since retired it in favor of this app. The thing that other iChing sources lack that this app has is a depiction of the truth of the situation at hand, not some interpretation of ancient Chinese words. I love it! I consult it frequently and trust it. It has been very accurate and insightful on topics including friendship, business, health, and spiritual questions. The best was a question my dad asked about a troublesome situation at his work and the hexagram text was so perfect he wanted to use the text for his email response to his boss. :) It is also fun to read the book form. For example, a moment ago i recieved what is clearly hexagram 11, BUT it is labeled as hexagram 2. ### 1/5 — Don't really care for it *2012-04-30, version 1.2* Not very good. Replies not clear. The original book explains the symbols for people in ancient China, so in many cases I didn't have the right context and didn't understand the descriptions. This app is explaining the symbols to me in a way that I can relate to them. It's uplifting and inspiring. Allows you to cast the iChing with different 'coins', and provides an easy to use method of understanding the ancient text. But where this app is really exceptional is in the modern renderings of a very old and ancient text. The app does a great job of putting the wisdom of the ages, into modern concepts. Just reading the included 'book' is well worth the value. Great app! ### 5/5 — Easy to use, surprisingly accurate *2014-02-25* I was always interested in iching but it's cryptic and highly philosophical text had kept me at bay until I got this app. It's easy to use and gives good answers that are accurate, surprisingly so. When you get more than one changing lines, my recommendation is to treat message associated with each line as a keyword or something more abstract, otherwise it can get confusing when each line says a different or even opposite thing some times.
