Don’t waste your time. *2026-03-06, version 10.2.0* New version is worthless. Not easy to understand and all the valuable features and information have been completely stripped out. Why? I have had my pulse ox meter since 2021 and use this all the time and loved the previous app because it would sync and track my data. Since the app update I can’t get the pulse ox meter to sync or work with the app and all my data is gone I have tried registering again and it still doesn’t work. Since the change, my meter doesn’t connect with the app (lost all my history) and there is no way to manually add it - refresh the settings. Disappointed ### 1/5 — Inexplicably ruined what was once an incredible app *2025-11-13, version 10.1.0* I bought the pulse oximeter in mid-October 2025 expecting very little from the device. But when it was paired with the previous IChoice Relax app, it was incredible. The app has been turned into a useless waste of time by developers. I don’t understand why they removed all the good things and now I can no longer recommend any of it to my patients. Oximeters/pulse rate monitors can be bought much less expensively than what this device costs. ### 1/5 — Guided breathing deleted *2025-11-12, version 10.1.0* Found IChoice Relax guided breathing exercise beneficial two weeks ago with feedback to help relax and improve O2 levels. This week noticed that feature has been removed. Useless as is for my purposes. ### 5/5 — It Works ! *2024-11-11* This is the answer to my sleep issues. And I do have big sleep issues. I don’t usually give reviews. This works , now I can’t do without it.
