## Newest reviews (8 of 28)

### 1/5 — This thing is a piece of crap

*2021-09-03, version 2.1.3*

Doesn’t connect to the app! Waste of money. I will be returning it!

### 1/5 — No Apple health support.

*2021-07-03, version 2.1.3*

Dose not send data to Apple health. Which should be the most basic requirement for a Bluetooth oximeter.

### 1/5 — No sound

*2021-06-28, version 2.1.3*

Not fully functional app. The device is ok for quicm checks but it would be nice to have sounds as well.

### 1/5 — Help

*2021-04-26, version 2.1.3*

Not sounds and the device disconnects and says searching for heart rate. or I can not see the instructional video because it says download failed

### 2/5 — No sound

### 1/5 — No Heart Rate

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Worthless. Don’t waste your time.

*2026-03-06, version 10.2.0*

New version is worthless. Not easy to understand and all the valuable features and information have been completely stripped out. Why? I’ll have to buy a different monitor now, because I’m not able to do anything with this.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work anymore

*2026-02-11, version 10.2.0*

Unknown

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-12-29, version 10.2.0*

The recent app update removed the guided breathing exercise. At this point, the app isn’t much use to me.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-12-27, version 10.2.0*

Since the recent update the application / device is useless . Very frustrating and disappointing, Hope the manufacturer could fix the issue

### 1/5 — Pulse ox meter doesn’t work with recent app change

*2025-12-18, version 10.2.0*

Very disappointed in the recent app changes. I have had my pulse ox meter since 2021 and use this all the time and loved the previous app because it would sync and track my data. Since the app update I can’t get the pulse ox meter to sync or work with the app and all my data is gone I have tried registering again and it still doesn’t work. I have removed the app and reinstalled it and still won’t read my meter. This is terrible.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work

*2025-11-29, version 10.1.0*

They changed (updated) the app several weeks ago. Since the change, my meter doesn’t connect with the app (lost all my history) and there is no way to manually add it - refresh the settings. Customer service has been unresponsive … time to shop for a new meter / new brand. Disappointed

### 1/5 — Inexplicably ruined what was once an incredible app

*2025-11-13, version 10.1.0*

I bought the pulse oximeter in mid-October 2025 expecting very little from the device. But when it was paired with the previous IChoice Relax app, it was incredible. The app has been turned into a useless waste of time by developers. I don’t understand why they removed all the good things and now I can no longer recommend any of it to my patients. Oximeters/pulse rate monitors can be bought much less expensively than what this device costs.

### 1/5 — Guided breathing deleted

*2025-11-12, version 10.1.0*

Found IChoice Relax guided breathing exercise beneficial two weeks ago with feedback to help relax and improve O2 levels. This week noticed that feature has been removed. Useless as is for my purposes.

### 1/5 — Not a health related app

*2024-09-20, version 2.2.8*

This is not the AP you might want to allow you to use the monitor device for medical purposes. It might help you channel your meditation energy or some such thing.

### 1/5 — Needs work

*2022-11-23, version 2.2.4*

So far the device will not pair with my iPhone or iPad. I also agree this device should pair with Apple Health. Very disappointed.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — It Works !

*2024-11-11*

This is the answer to my sleep issues. And I do have big sleep issues. I don’t usually give reviews. This works , now I can’t do without it. Just make sure you breathes the right way , be consistent and use it at the same time , each night.

### 5/5 — Game changer

*2020-12-06, version 2.0.7*

I’m shocked by the negative reviews... I got this when I had covid. I have an iPhone , not sure if that has anything to do with it but it syncs my data onto the app every time. All functions work. This gives me peace of mind when my anxiety spirals And helps to keep me from panicking. Thankful for this small but powerful device !

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2019-09-25, version 1.1.6*

Personal biofeedback tool, appreciate the updates!!!

### 3/5 — Five stars when you collect it to Apple Health

*2024-08-09, version 2.2.8*

I think the idea of using it as a calming aid is great but I need to import the data into the health app to correlate all health records for diagnostic data related to potential medical conditions.

### 3/5 — It works, but…….

*2021-12-01, version 2.2.2*

This app does record pulse and O2 levels in the blood, but it needs work!

1 the ability to export pulse/O2 data in CSV, PDF or even a text file I could take to the Dr would make this a 5! Taking a screenshot is almost worthless unless you either transcribe the data into a spreadsheet or you scroll through all your photos when you meet with your Dr. Data export is essential and would easily make this app a 5-star+ especially if it’s still free!

2 The charting needs help! It would be great if there was a way to either change the scale on the side OR allow for landscape view while eliminating all the empty screen space above and below the graphs! If your O2 levels are typically running from 93-100, then have the scale from 90-100 as opposed to the current 70-100. Also a line graph IMO would be better than a bar graph, especially if you could change scale. Include either a “5” or “2” increment for this too please! Right now, my O2 level readings are between 90-100 and this bar graph is currently worthless to me.

3. Would be nice to be able to set a “home screen” when you open the app. For example, I only use the app to monitor wO2 levels. It would be nice for the app to open directly to the menu to take readings, display the table or view pulse/O2 charts.

I’d be happy to help beta test any improvements!

### 3/5 — Doesn’t connect with Apple Health app

*2020-05-11, version 1.3.6*

I just got the Relaxation Coach pulse oximeter and downloaded this app. I was disappointed to discover that it does not share its data with the Apple Health app. I may return the device and get a different one that does connect. I haven’t decided yet because I just got this.

### 3/5 — Need Apple Health App Support

*2020-04-29, version 1.3.6*

Would be great if you added support for the Apple Health app.

### 3/5 — No Apple Heath Integration

*2020-04-07, version 1.3.6*

The device works well, but this does not work with Apple health.

### 3/5 — Confusing Profile Detail

*2019-11-24, version 1.1.8*

It is impossible to tell which gender I have selected due to the odd switch design. I wish this was more clear so that I can select the correct one.

### 2/5 — It’s not the best

*2023-01-09, version 2.2.4*

This app focuses on mediation and junk. Small section for recording o2 and pulse. Please rework this to focus on health and connect to apple health.
