### 5/5 — Great app for ESRD patient

*2018-07-22, version 4.1*

Found this app when I started dialysis 5 years ago. While my results from this app are not that good it has motivated me to be compliant with attending my dialysis sessions and I religiously check my lab results to modify my diet. A great motivation tool

### 5/5 — Great tool

*2015-01-04, version 3.0*

Very useful tool if you are a patient with kidney disease and may need help figuring out whether dialysis or transplant is best for you, or for a doctor or nurse to use with patients to help them understand options.

### 2/5 — Hmm

*2014-11-04, version 2.0*

Although it is nice to think that recieving a kidney transplant will make life easier, more problems can arise. I myself have been on dialysis for 5 years, and yea a kidney transplant would be great, but unless there's a living donor then a person is going to have to waiting. No person wants to be on dialysis, ichoose helps see risk but one doesn't not get to choose. It's all on availablity.

### 5/5 — Changes the dialogue

*2013-08-27, version 1.1*

Excellent communication tool for healthcare providers and their dialysis patients

### 5/5 — Helpful

*2013-08-14, version 1.1*

Helpful to me in assessing my risks

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2013-08-13, version 1.1*

This app will be so helpful for prospective kidney transplant patients.

### 5/5 — Nice tool

*2013-08-13, version 1.1*

Simple to understand and use; presents the analysis in a clear pictographic format. Does what it sets out to do--nicely done!
