Il faut absolument tout revoir, parce qu’à chaque ouverture de l’app c’est la même histoire : l’icône de chargement qui tourne pendant une éternité, puis un message d’erreur, puis il faut relancer deux ou trois fois pour espérer que ça fonctionne. Ça fait 1 à 2 ans que ça dure, c’est devenu insupportable. Au début je pensais que mon téléphone avait un problème, mais pas du tout : j’ai testé sur plusieurs appareils et le bug est partout pareil. Pour une enseigne de cette envergure, c’est une honte. À chaque mise à jour j’ai l’espoir que quelque chose change… et finalement rien. L’application est lente, dépassée, et son infrastructure fait clairement vieille époque. On est quasiment en 2026, il serait vraiment temps d’évoluer. S’il vous plaît, refaites l’app en profondeur. Et malheureusement, que ce soit sur mes iPhones précédents, sur mon téléphone Samsung, et sur mon iPhone 16 actuel c’est pareil, il faut à chaque clic 10-15 secondes (parfois +) pour charger la page, même sur ma page d’un fond de teint par exemple, à chaque fois que je clic sur une teinte différente, ça charge encore une dizaine de secondes. Je l’utilise tout de même (par amour pour paris Xl 😁😍) mais j’ espère que la solution sera trouvée pour rendre mon application beauté préférée, plus rapide et réactive!
