Wake up early to find no driver assigned. Make a new immediate trip. App says driver has arrived but they are nowhere in sight. Messaged driver in app with no response. Then app says they drove me 850m and that I need to pay $7.50 for this magical journey while I never left the pavement in front of my hotel. Complete garbage.
