Their website and app probably compete for which can be worse. No support for password apps, no Face ID, takes forever to load, most times will never load. Clicking back on website it here just closes session. It’s unnerving people like this run banks and we use them. Try actually fixing the issue, there was nothing done, look at all the customer reviews, they are all bad. 19th April-The apps from ICICI are all equally horrible, worst. Upon logging in successfully If you click on something it will log you out, saying logged due to inactivity. The app says delivery of funds in 4 hours, get shows an error unable to process contact support, support says customers need to call us to verify if forex is operating on the day of transfer and if it doesn’t the funds will be available when forex operates. It seems quality control is dismal and app updates are release to the field without proper testing.. Just horrible..
