Is it some type of bureaucracy why no one is paying attention to this app after so many people giving feedback. I use other trading apps and it is so easy and seamless. The login itself is a pain and why can’t we just have a thumb print with dual  authentication that makes it easy to login. I would have loved to use ICICI but just because of your app I trade with different provider. It’s a shame how ICICI is so far behind in this. I am now planning to move away all my accounts cause it’s getting very hard to operate with ICICI.

Im not able to login to app installed on iPhone. My login credentials are working fine on the web but not on this app in my phone. Does this app has any limitations on count of password length. Also the customer service for ICICI Securities is the worst I have ever seen. They always keep transferring to some departments and make us more frustrated.

ICICI direct app need improvement for navigation & user experience. It so complex to navigate around links and multiple account and also hangs.

Having used the applications from Fidelity and Merrill, the person who designed this has no clue of user journeys. For NROs with 4 separate accounts, there is no way to easily change accounts. The portfolios can’t be seen with all accounts together. Instead of changing accounts every time, its so dumb that a simple drop down would have made life easier for NRI profiled accounts. After charging 1.25% for each transaction, the services are so poor. Waiting for the day to move on another platform

We are living in 2021 and this useless app is still stuck with single device registration mode. If someone has iPhone and iPad you can not use this app on both the devices. What a shame ! Looks like ICICI is moving in the reverse direction from the technology innovation perspective !

App is very difficult to navigate and not user friendly. I would request you to look at the apps like Robinhood as an example for making it real simple for common users to use the app. It feels like you have tried to dump everything from the desktop version into the mobile app. Mobile app shouldn’t be a comparison to the desktop website and it should be designed altogether differently. I haven’t come across a single app so far which is like this one filled with so much content in one screen. By the way your feedback section in the app doesn’t work, I was originally attempting to submit the feedback privately through the feedback menu (out of 100 different menu items that you have)
