I use other trading apps and it is so easy and seamless. The login itself is a pain and why can’t we just have a thumb print with dual authentication that makes it easy to login. I would have loved to use ICICI but just because of your app I trade with different provider. It’s a shame how ICICI is so far behind in this. For NROs with 4 separate accounts, there is no way to easily change accounts. The portfolios can’t be seen with all accounts together. Instead of changing accounts every time, its so dumb that a simple drop down would have made life easier for NRI profiled accounts. After charging 1.25% for each transaction, the services are so poor. I would request you to look at the apps like Robinhood as an example for making it real simple for common users to use the app. It feels like you have tried to dump everything from the desktop version into the mobile app. Mobile app shouldn’t be a comparison to the desktop website and it should be designed altogether differently. I haven’t come across a single app so far which is like this one filled with so much content in one screen.
