I hope I can still keep my journal here even when I’m in my seventies or older(if I can make it that long). 
从高中开始就在这个app记录，大学后几乎每天都记，现在看时光机有一种被滋养的感觉。有时候我会想以前的自己怎么这么傻，有时候时光机里的我会给我新角度，被年轻的自己教育。
很爱这个地方！希望一切越来越好，iCity越来越好

### 2/5 — 老用户很寒心感觉这个软件不太成熟

我用的这个软件非常久，写了1400多篇日记，但账号这块的问题实在让人没有安全感。之前登录绑定的邮箱早就停用了，想更换绑定渠道，软件里找不到在线客服，只能发邮件反馈，人工邮件渠道完全形同虚设，我前后发了三四封全部石沉大海，从头到尾没有收到任何回复。本来更新软件后看到有更换邮箱的入口还松了口气，结果点进去才发现换绑邮箱居然要额外支付18元，页面还明确标注操作存在失败风险，就算扣费后换绑不成功，这笔钱也不会退，属实让人无语。现在只能固定在当前手机登录，一旦换设备或者手机出问题收不到验证码，这么多笔记就彻底拿不回来了。

另外多端同步也很拉胯，明明是同一个手机号登录别的设备，直接跳出一个全新空白账号，之前所有内容完全不互通。邮箱和手机号登录被系统判定成两个独立账号，数据根本没法迁移。

积攒了这么多私人内容也舍不得直接换软件，只能勉强凑活使用，天天悬着一颗心，总担心哪天记录全部丢失。最让人失望的就是反馈渠道，发邮件求助完全没用，根本没人搭理，连基础的账号换绑功能都要额外收费，失败还不退款，希望官方能完善客服渠道，把账号同步和换绑的问题好好优化一下。

**Developer response:** 登陆邮箱是证明你账户身份的唯一工具，请使用真实有效的邮箱进行注册。如果原邮箱失效且遗忘密码，你的账户将无法找回。

不知道是我自己电脑的原因还是怎么的，反正我电脑上的Safari浏览器无法使用icity的网页端。
具体表现为：第一次输入网址后能够打开，然后退出浏览器再输入网址就无法打开了。
Safari版本为17.6，Mac的版本为12.7.6。
这个问题不是最近才有，差不多应该有一年左右的时间了，不知道是不是电脑版本的问题，希望开发人员看到后可以关注一下这个问题。
