I was attempting to download this app on promotion, but it kept crashing out when I would try upgrading to Pro. Once I finally (maybe?) got it to upgrade, the welcome screen would for a few seconds with a loading symbol and then it would crash after 2-3 seconds. When it doesn’t crash, it freezes. I did successfully delete some duplicate contacts with the app prior to running into the problems. Then, there’s no instructions and you don’t get the option to exclude things. For example the app found contacts with no telephone numbers which are fine and I didn’t want them included but I couldn’t de-select them. So it is still of no use for me. I just got the lifetime version for free thru AppAdvice and it won't open. When opening the app now, the little rocket appears on the launch screen for 1-2 seconds, the crash… app closes.
