## What is iCleanMe?

iCleanMe is an app to keep track of all your cleaning needs. 

Want to remember to change your toothbrush every three months? Or to dust the ceiling fan every couple of weeks? Or maybe you'd like to stay on top of your visits to the dentist? How about remembering to toss expired condiments from the fridge? 

iCleanMe can help you will all of it!

Free yourself from constantly making new cleaning to-do lists. With iCleanMe, you only have to add a task one time, the app will do the rest.

Each task you add will ask you how often you'd like it cleaned. From there, an emoji will be displayed indicating the state of that task. A happy emoji means a happy task. You'll know when something needs to be cleaned when the emoji isn't looking so good.

The built-in reminder feature found in Settings allows you to schedule a time each week to check what tasks may need attention.

Multiple users can share cleaning lists through households, allowing for task delegation among families.

I love this app! Is there any way you can schedule daily reminders and what is going to be cleaned on certain days?

I'm looking into adding some kind of 'Routines' feature that would likely address your requests. In the meantime, the next update should allow you to setup notifications for specific tasks.

I like how it is set up but I thought it would show me which tasks I needed to complete each day but it doesn’t. I literally have to hunt and peck for the tasks and giving me an emoji of vomit doesn’t help me.you have to enter into each room within the app to look at each task you inputted and try to figure out by the face of the emoji what you need to clean that day. They don’t even give you a legend of what each of the 10 emojis mean. I will spend more time having to figure out what I have to clean than actually cleaning. I was stupid and paid for the app because without pro you only have a limited amount of cleaning tasks to input. Unless you have a great memory and can remember what days, weeks you inputted for a cleaning task then do not waste your time or money with this app. I know it was only 1.99 and I have no doubt wasted more than that on other things but I still feel totally duped by this app.

**Developer response:** I'm sorry to hear that you feel 'duped', but I completely understand. I took a look at the app and couldn't help but agree with some of your complaints. However, I just released iCleanMe version 5.0, and I believe I have addressed the major issues that may have been responsible for your negative experience. 

I hope that you consider using iCleanMe again, and that the changes in the update help make it more of a positive experience for you (and the rest of the iCleanMe family, of course!). 

If you still feel like there are some things missing, or maybe some things you'd like changed, please feel free to send me feedback (which you can easily do through iCleanMe's Settings page).

Really love this app, helps me stay organised, would love to be able to have a place for week days so I can not only organise the Roos, but can place them against which day of the week I want to complete each task

Can’t sign up.  Giving a message email not associated with app.

If you're still having trouble and would like to use the app, please send a message with the email you used to sign up to: nikolainobadi@gmail.com. It's possible you misspelled the email upon creating the account. I am currently working on implementing an email verification to solve this issue. You can also try the forgot password option to see if it's merely a password problem.

I absolutely love the app I would change two things I would have it sending push notifications and I would like to be able to change household name

I'm still tinkering with how the push notifications should work (some people have a lot of tasks and it would be overwhelming to get a notification every time one of them is up for cleaning). The app forces you to create a “household” before starting, but it continues to give an error message saying the household name can’t be “=“.  I tried over 10 different names and can’t get it to work.  Basically I gave my email to them for nothing.
