Total disaster. Never buying iClebo product again.

Отсутствует связь со смартфоном, что лишает пылесос целого ряда функций. В центре поддержки посоветовали запускать робота вручную!!! Сказали, что связи нет и не будет.

Очень чувствителен к сдвигу базы и освещению из-за этого удаленно может не запускаться, 90% проблем из-за этого. Были в 2022 году проблемы в течении 2х недель с серверами на стороне ICLEBO, приложение не соединялось с пылесосом, починили. Работает, редко подтупливает (подвисает или что-то где-то не прогрузилось), но не часто и не критично. Work well, sometimes with lags, but - OK.

Здравствуйте, перестало работать приложение, крутиться без остановки «соединение пожалуйста подождите». Удалять и заново подключать пылесос пробовала и приложение тоже, не помогает. Что делать? Так он не везде ездит и ошибки может выдавать на ровном месте

Не покупайте этот пылесос,он и половину не стоит от его бешенной цены,приложение отвратительное,постоянно слетает логин,приходится перелогиниватся,карта слетает постоянно ,купил два года назад это чудо и не одного обновления ,а сейчас в то время как я пишу уже две недели вообще приложение не работает,в поддержке сказали что проблема с корейским сервером и что самое интересное о сроках восстановления никто не знает.Выберите другой пылесос,а это чудо пусть в своей Корее продают!
